I am a IT support expert with an Computing BSc from Plymouth University and Comptia A+ & Network+ 2009 Qualified. As well as with over 10 years experience supporting end users, both in the UK and Mongolia.
I currently work as Field IT support for an IT firm based in Brighton part-time (3 days a week) and offer my services for Home users the rest of the time.

My current Call out fee is £25 (£30 Evenings) including one hour on site support, which is enough for most issues.I can provide a estimated cost over the phone and will advise straight away if it sounds like a problem I can not fix. I do not charge as much as other IT experts as I do not offer Service level agreements or call out guarantees although I do keep any appointments made. I can advise where you need to go if you need business level support.
